Mentoring

Mentorship is a relationship in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person helps to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person.  Join me in mentoring our youth through exposure, activities, and life experiences.

Career planning

At Dillingham Consulting, we believe career planning is not just a conversation—it’s a commitment to growth, clarity, and legacy. As part of our mentoring program, we help client organizations empower their employees to chart meaningful career paths through personalized guidance, competency mapping, and goal-setting frameworks. Drawing from Geynille Conover’s experience leading talent reviews, designing early career and leadership development programs, and managing promotion budgets across global teams, our approach blends strategic insight with emotional intelligence. We support employees in identifying strengths, exploring opportunities, and building development plans that align with both personal aspirations and organizational needs—ensuring every step forward is intentional, inclusive, and impactful.

entreprenueurship

At Dillingham Consulting, we believe entrepreneurship is a mindset—one that fosters innovation, ownership, and legacy. As part of our mentoring program, we help client organizations cultivate entrepreneurial thinking within their workforce by guiding employees to explore passion-driven ideas, build strategic plans, and develop leadership skills that transcend traditional roles. Drawing from Geynille Conover’s experience launching a woman-owned, minority-led consulting firm and architecting programs across global enterprises, we empower individuals to think boldly, act with purpose, and contribute to their organizations as intrapreneurs or future founders. Our approach blends career coaching, business acumen, and values-based leadership to unlock potential and inspire impact.

Exposure broadens the mind

Exposure offers new ideas and possibilities to young people.  You can't dream for things that you don't know exist.  It helps drive vision and allows for them to come up with plans for their future.  Above we took teenagers to Miami to visit colleges and get exposure to the beaches and life.

EDUCATION

Education is vital.  Whether its a specific training, degree, diploma or certificate.  Education is necessary to be a player in society.

Financial and credit education is important to learn at an early age so that you can avoid pitfalls that could potentially make life more of a challenge.

arts & crafts

With technology, young people are far advance than their ancestors.  They excel in all they do to include arts & crafts where their mind is creative and magical.  Their creativity starts at an early age.  Cultivating the talents are critical.
